1:1 Strength-Based Longevity Coaching

Train strength.
Build longevity.

Muscle is the organ most linked to how long — and how well — you live. We build it 1:1, with a protocol designed around strength, mitochondrial health, and metabolic resilience, not just weight loss.

Sarcopenia — age-related muscle loss — begins as early as the 30s and accelerates without resistance training. Structured strength work is the most reliable lever we have to change this curve.
The Real Mechanism

Why muscle is the
longevity organ.

Cardio and calorie control matter, but they don't preserve what actually predicts healthy aging: strength, muscle mass, and the mitochondrial capacity inside every cell.

Default path
Sedentary aging
✗ Muscle mass declines with age
✗ Mitochondrial density and efficiency drop
✗ Metabolic reserve shrinks year over year
Silent decline
Root cause
Anabolic resistance
~ Muscle needs a real training stimulus to grow
~ Cardio-only and diet-only don't provide it
~ Without overload, decline just continues slower
The missing signal
Glut4 Longevity
Progressive strength
✓ Resistance training rebuilds muscle protein
✓ Triggers mitochondrial biogenesis in trained tissue
✓ Expands metabolic reserve as you age
Compounding strength
What You Should Expect

Five things that
actually change.

Not vague "wellness." Specific, trackable markers of strength, function, and metabolic health.

2–3×
Baseline Strength
Typical strength increase from Day 1 baseline by Week 24, measured on your own lifts — not a generic average.
+3–5kg
Lean Muscle
Structural muscle gain across 24 weeks — the tissue most linked to functional independence as you age.
Capacity
Functional Fitness
Everyday strength — stairs, carrying, getting up off the floor — measurably easier, not just gym numbers.
Reserve
Metabolic Health
More muscle means more capacity to regulate blood sugar and maintain energy balance as you age.
Daily
Energy & Sleep
Most athletes report noticeably better energy and sleep quality within the first 4–6 weeks.

★★★★★
"I turned 50 and realised I couldn't do a single push-up. Six months in, I'm stronger than I was at 35. My energy through the day is completely different, and my last physical came back better across the board."
★★★★★
"What sold me was the 1:1 coaching — someone actually watching my form and adjusting load every session. At 47, I was worried about starting strength training at all. Now I look forward to it, and I feel more capable in daily life, not just in the gym."
★★★★★
"I'd done cardio my whole life and still felt like I was slowly declining. This is the first programme that actually built visible muscle and gave me a real strength number to track. My wife noticed before I did."
★★★★★
"Sleep improved before strength did — that surprised me. By week 10 I was lifting weights I hadn't touched since my 30s. This isn't a bootcamp; it's methodical, and it respects that I have a full-time job and a body that's 48 years old."
★★★★★
"I joined because I wanted to still be able to hike and travel the way I do now, ten years from now. The coaching felt genuinely personal, not templated. My strength numbers have close to doubled and my energy in the afternoons is night and day."
What Doesn't Work

Why most people
plateau after 40.

Cardio-only
Running & Cycling Alone
Excellent for heart health, but provides little to no signal for muscle growth. Without resistance, cardio-only training can accelerate muscle loss over time.
Crash diets
Calorie Restriction
Aggressive dieting without resistance training burns muscle along with fat — leaving you lighter, but weaker and metabolically worse off.
No structure
Generic Gym Routines
Without progressive overload and a coach adjusting load, most gym routines plateau within weeks — the stimulus never actually increases.
One-size-fits-all
Group Classes
Group formats can't account for your joints, your recovery, or your baseline — critical details after 40 that a 1:1 coach tracks every session.

Yes — this programme is built specifically for people without diabetes who want to build strength, protect muscle mass, and train for long-term metabolic and functional health. Our diabetes programme and this one share a coaching methodology, not a target condition.
For most people, yes — and it's one of the most protective things you can do as you age. We start with a full baseline assessment, and any relevant medical history is reviewed before your protocol is built. Your coach progresses load only as your body demonstrates readiness.
Your coach doesn't rotate, your nutrition is coordinated with your training load, and a medical advisor reviews higher-risk cases. It's a structured, tracked protocol — not a series of unconnected sessions.
Very common at this stage of life, and it's one of the first things we plan around. Your coach builds joint-safe progressions from your actual movement baseline — training around restrictions, not through them.
If you have an existing heart condition, uncontrolled blood pressure, or another significant condition, yes — we'll ask, and we'll point you to get clearance first. For most healthy adults, we begin with a thorough baseline assessment instead.
Muscle is structural — it doesn't disappear the moment you stop training, though it does need ongoing stimulus to maintain. You graduate with a maintenance plan built around how much training keeps your results, so the goal is a sustainable habit, not indefinite dependence on the programme.
